These days is residing in Edinburgh Scotland, where there are loads of great musicians. He is often seen playing with the recently formed soul group "The Usual Suspects", sitting in with various bands around town, and working in various duos and trios. In late 2001 played with Splicer, the Swedish pop group that has enjoyed a huge amount of success all over Europe, especially in Poland where they had a hit. At the moment they are recording yet another album. They also played on the same day in Liverpool at the Cavern as the George Harrison memorial concert. Around the same time played with South Australian singer songwriters Andy Williams and Michael Kirkham who were gigging around town after a season at the Famous Spiegeltent during the Edinburgh festival. Also he played with Edinburgh based zydico band "Les Miserables" for a month's residency at El Barrio. Occasionally Guesting with favourite jazz combo, "The Infinite Trio", playing at a major Edinburgh seafood restaurant the Shore Bar, makes life cosy in this indoors, hearth side environment. |
